Getting Video Through Firewall

Axis Companion 4

Axis Companion uses AXIS Secure Remote Access to communicate over different networks. If the firewall is blocking Axis Companion 4 try allowing these addresses and ports through the firewall:

Web Interface

If the web interface video for the Axis Camera is not displaying the video or showing an error, try these two troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure that there aren't more than 5 users viewing the web interface at the same time.

2. Make sure that there isn't an http proxy on the network. Having a proxy will not allow the required traffic to pass to and from the Axis Camera.
