Axis Camera SD Problems

Update Firmware

1. Log into the Axis Camera via the IP address

2. Click on the yellowSettingstab on the bottom right

3. Click on theSystemtab

4. Click on theMaintenanceicon

5. Check that the firmware is the same as the latest firmware version

6. Click on the click provided underFirmware upgrade

7. Input your camera model in the newly opened link (Q6124)

8. If the versions do not match download the Firmware

9. Go back to the camera and click on theSelect filebutton and select the downloaded firmware file

10. Click on theUpgradebutton to upgrade the firmware

Format SD Card

1. Login into the Axis Camera via the IP address

2. Click on the yellowSettingstab on the bottom right

3. Click on theSystemtab

4. Click on theStorageicon

5. Click on the downvarrow next to the SD card

6. Go down underToolsand selectFormat (erase all)

7. Click on the wrench icon to format SD card
