System is Going Up and Down, Turning On and Off?

There are two main reasons why a system would turn on and off.

Cell Signal

Check the cell signal in the area of deployment. If the cell signal is not optimal the system will have a hard time transmitting data. Try redeploying somewhere else. If redeployment is not an option and the cell signal is not optimal don't worry, the video is recorded to the camera's SD card. Go here to learn how to get the video from the SD card.

Complex Video

If the video is too complex it can add strain onto the cell bandwidth causing what the video stream to go up and down. To fix this, try to remove moving objects out of the video. Trees are a common complex moving object that usually doesn't need to be in the video.
