How to Fix 'Stream Error' on Axis Camera Video?

This error is caused by one of two things:

1. There are too many users streaming the video feed from the web interface. Because the cell signal can only have so much bandwidth it is hard for more than 3 streams to be streamed over the cell signal. If Axis Companion or Milestone is being used than this problem is not applicable

2. Check with your Network Administrator to make sure that there is no HTTP-Proxy. Having a proxy will break the video feed as it created malformed http requests. Have your Network Administrator make a policy to not use the proxy on the systems IP address
