Advanced Pole Camera Recall FIX:
Remove camera from enclosure and place it on a cloth so as to protect it from damage while you work on it.

Take a phillips head screw driver and remove ONE of the following screws:

If the screws high lighted above are not in your camera, place the new screws in those locations. If there are currently screws in those locations remove them and discard the old screw (16mm). then replace them with the New Screw (20mm). Please note the following:
1: Only remove one screw at a time and replace it before removing the second or third and replacing them.
2: You will feel two different levels of resistance when screwing these in. When nearing the end of the screw you will feel the threads of the screw become more difficult to screw in. This is normal, but should not be over bearing or come to a complete stop. This is where the screw starts to connect with the inner components of the camera and what holds the camera together.

Dual Purpose Modular Surveillance System Recall FIX:

Place the camera system on a table and open the top door using the key.

1. Unplug ethernet cable connected to the control module so that it is out of the way.
2. During manufacturing the camera can be twisted in the enclosure, so the screws that need replaced are not always in the same location within the enclosure. In order to determine which screws need replaced you need to look at the ethernet jack going into the camera. Do not remove this cable, but identify the side of the ethernet cable that is FLAT (does not have the tab). The screws that need replaced are located on the corners of that flat side, as seen below.

In general the screws will be in the location identified above, slots 2 and 6, but there is a chance they could be in slots 1 and 3, OR slots 1 and 5. If you are unable to identify this for sure, please call us at 888.621.5558

3. (and 4) Remove both screws that were identified in Step 2
5. Discard both the old screws and replace them with the new screw and washer. You will feel two different levels of resistance when screwing these in. When nearing the end of the screw you will feel the threads of the screw become more difficult to screw in. This is normal. But should not be overbearing or come to a complete stop. This is where the screw starts to connect with the inner components of the camera and what holds the camera together.

6. Plug the ethernet cable back in and make sure all wires are secure in the control module.
